christmas!!

Christ is the reason for the season! And Christ in my life has improved my life! DRASTICALLY! WONDERFULLY!
This was the last holiday in our family home! For sure this time! Most everyone came! John was here and actually spent the weekend! It was truly the BEST Christmas I have ever had!! Thank you to everyone for such a great sharing time! I love you all so much!
Sadly, we missed Betty & Eddie, Scott & Marlene, and Suzie! BUT MOST of all, we missed MOM! But this is the first Christmas she has been with Daddy in 40 years! How awesome is that?!
So now, it's on to moving to Powell with John......God bless us, we hope & pray! Life is wonderful! John is wonderful! He makes ME feel wonderful!

Thanksgiving!

Sometimes days happen..holidays happen and it all seems like a blur! NOT this time! Thanksgiving was WONDERFUL in every moment! AND EVERY MOMENT WILL STAY IN MY HEART! this was probably the last Thanksgiving my brothers and sisters shared at our family home! SO bittersweet! But SO precious! Thanks to all of you! I love you ALL so much!
I have so much to be thankful for! Children, Grandchildren, all my Family as well as the emotional support of all of you!

I honestly feel like my LIFE IS SOOOOO GOOD!! THANK YOU LORD!

WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

Just have to share.............sometimes i feel that maybe i am too old to feel the way i do, but then i think, GOD has given me these new blessings and i just revel in the wonderful glow!
John.........ah..........John! Thanks sing from my heart at what a great person has come into my life! should i say.......BACK into my life! His company is the best! He is strong, compassionate, gentle, spiritual, warm, passionate and intelligent!
wowee.......yep.....i like him a lot!! can you tell?
although i have fallen in love before in my life......john is new! he says my name...!! HE SAYS MY NAME!!he talks to me!!
I see many days in my future with John....I think, feel, hope he feels the same!

wowee! what a great day! went to columbus! john has a motorcycle! wowee....fun all afternoon riding around on it! a little chilly, but hey! still a GREAT time! we also went to dinner! and talked, and talked, and talked and talked! He is a great person and we had a very rich time getting to know each other! one new small step in my future! *i had a date* !!!! :) Ü

baby steps

wowee............it's been a long time since i have "posted", eh?
since August, i have decided:
to move back to Toledo, Ohio......it was my home for 35 years and i feel called to return there!
whew.......that decision itself was a load off!
also...........i am trying to go back to school.........(baby steps there, too!) after initial attempts to apply for a pin (necessary for applying to fafsa!) failed, i became disheartened! i though i was being judged a failure before even starting! stupid, right?
BUT!! today, success in the pin application AND i filled out the fafsa form on line! woohoo!
baby steps to others, maybe........but GIANT strides for me!

off this weekend........tooo broke to do much! but going to use my time constructively! ( i hope! lol) making a couple cards & cleaning house!
